Can I cancel or change my order?
Once a booking, deposit or payment of any kind has been made, there can be NO CHANGES and NO CANCELLATIONS to your orders. If you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited. So, please make a decision and ensure that it is final.
I would like to pay a visit at your store, so that i can view your products and see the materials?
I only do wholesale online, and most of my items are Pre-order item. I don't keep any stocks for Pre-order Item at all, not even sample.
Will i get exactly the sizes shown on your description?
If the item is "original" goods, normally the sizes are assorted. eg.
ADAM Velvet Green Floral Dress (Original)
Code: PO-ADAM7-Cream

RM114/set (6 pcs per set, 1 colour @ RM19/pc)
Size: 3-6m, 6-9m, 9-12m (assorted size)

I have described at my last sentence * each set confirmed has at least 3 sizes, you will get repeated size on the balance, The size you might get is 3-6m, 6-9m, 9-12m, ?, ?, ?. Meaning all 3 sizes you will get at least 1 pc, and the balance of the sizes will be repeated size. The set was pre-pack by the supplier, therefore i don't know and can't promise what size will you get.
I have made payment on the Closing Date, but why do you put my order into "NEXT BATCH"?
Please be informed that the closing time is at 12noon on the closing day.
Eg. Today's date is 8th March, looking at the chart, you are in 2nd Batch of March
2nd Batch: 11/3/10 ---> 15/3/10
3rd Batch: 21/3/10 ---> 25/3/10
If i received your payment before 11th March 12 noon, then i will order from the supplier, and your goods is ready and will be sent out on 15th March. However, if the payment received after 11th March 12 noon, your order will group in 3rd batch order, and send out on 25th March.
If there is only last set for sale and I have already banked in payment, is the item mine?
In the event there is only last set of any item for sale, sale of the item will be on a first come first served basis based on payment time and date.
Can you give me a discount?
We operate on a no discount policy because we do not believe in inflating prices only to give a false discount later. To simplify matters, and ensure a quick and pleasant shopping experience, we only set prices at the lowest we are able to sell them for, and we hope that you appreciate our honest and direct way of doing business with you.
